The AWA Executive Committee selected Torchia Structural Engineering & Design, Rochester, NY, to handle estimating, retrofit, design, civil engineering and construction management for our pre-existing 10,000sf museum building. Torchia recently completed work on the new $4 million National Warplane Museum in Elmira, NY. Other clients include George Eastman House, Canandaigua City Hall and Alfred University.
